The AeroGarden Farm Stacking System is a must-have for stacking your Farm 12 or Farm 24 model, including the Farm, Farm Plus or Farm XL. The kit allows you to create a beautiful living wall. Upward and onward! This accessory allows you to grow vertically, safely. Brackets securely attach to the wall to ensure that your gardens are stable and will stay in place. This stacking kit comes in black or white to attractively attach two AeroGarden Farm models vertically. Create your own vertical garden stack or chain of lush, full gardens that become the centerpiece of a room.
The trellis is an accessory that helps support medium and tall plants, such as tomatoes, peppers, and eggplant. Help your plants grow taller by supporting them before they develop heavy fruit. We have trellis systems available for Bounty and Farm models. For smaller gardens, like the Sprout and Harvest, try bamboo sticks, chopsticks or our Soft Ties to support your plants. Stick them down inside the grow pods next to the stem. Plants will grow up leaning into them or you can tie gently to the support. Early support can keep plants from collapsing under the weight of the fruit (tragic if it happens just before harvest).

Best way to garden!
I have 18 AeroGardens and love them all! I grow lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, peppers, green beans, herbs, mustard greens, and cucumbers! It’s so easy to grow my favorite veggies inside using my farm plus, farm XL and bounty gardens. I enjoy growing plants using my AG much better than outside gardening.
My veggies taste fresher and last longer than store brought produce. Plus, I grow them all year round. It’s a major investment (love the sales!), but it’s worth it to have fresh veggies without all the chemicals that I can grow and pick when I’m ready to eat them.
Love my AeroGardens…best thing ever!

One of the worst mistakes of my life
I bought the Farm and the Farm Plus. Very hard to assemble. Electronics did not work so it constantly showed that I was low on water. No matter what I hit on the control pad, it took me someplace else on the Farm Plus. Impossible to clean under so very messy. In all fairness to AeroGarden, they did say I could send it back for a refund but after getting it set up, and one of the units pad actually working, I kept it. I gave my older 4 AeroGardens away being so excited about these. One of the biggest mistakes of my life. I should have sent it back. Horrible design from set up to function.

Broken feature after 15 months
I love hydroponic gardening. Finding Aerogarden has been wonderful for me. I own the Farm Plus and 6 Bountys, a Bounty MicroGreens Kit and a Bounty Seed Starting System. We do some serious hydroponic gardening and all of ours have been running non stop since the day they arrived. We have a constant supply of lettuce, kale, microgreens, jalapeño and cherry tomatoes. Enough fresh vegetables for two adults without needing to buy any from the store.
Never had any trouble with any of the gardens except a glitch just came up with this Farm when I transplanted a plant from another garden into it and am unable to change the "Days Planted". So the garden is overwatering the transplant since it is stuck on germination stage. Disappointing, but not a deal breaker.

Adding a stacked farm plus
We had a farm plus and this is our second. It is a great unit. Newbies need to realize if you are planting anything that needs to grow that tall like peppers you shouldn’t plant more than four per side.
We also bought the kit that allows you to stack two units. The brackets which hook the two together didn’t seem to grab the rails. The screws go in far enough that you can’t pull the bracket off but seem loose. Perhaps longer screws should be included.
We love using airovoirs with our first farm plus. The stacked one can’t because it’s up in the air. Some sort of side brackets to hold them would be a welcome accessory.

Nice and Neat. Aerogarden needs to offer parts.
I have purchased six aerogardens over the past two years. I especially love the farm. It’s stylish and making indoor gardening fun. I’m just wondering instead of having different height models, why not making the supporting frame adjustable? The LED light has a lifespan of 3-5 years maybe? What can I order the light replacement? It’s an expensive unit and should be reusable. I wish aerogarden will offer parts on the site soon.
P.S. The light appears pinkish in the picture but it’s actually as bright as daylight.

Beautiful system! Love it.
Last year I got a smaller aerogarden and my family and I loved it so much that we decided to purchase the Farm Plus to grow more. It is an awesome system. It looks so nice and the WiFi/app capabilities are great. The only complaint I have is the instructions lack detail. It came with tubing but no mention in the instructions. The instructions also don’t explain how to raise/lower lights or even how to only use one side (because it says the gardens are independent of each other). Searching online I found our the tubing is for draining and the lights I figured out, but I’m still unsure how to turn off/not use one side if I choose. I also LOVE that they can stack, which I didn’t know until I saw a picture that was included with the paperwork!

Fun product when it works. Satisfying to watch the tomatoes grow and enjoyed some great salads with my heirloom lettuce. But my lights broke and I am still waiting for a part that I hope will work. Would give it five stars if the component didn’t break after only three months of use. They do respond to your emails eventually but prepare to wait a really long time. Compared to other online companies that are also working remotely through this pandemic, AeroGarden has the longest response time by far. That said, I know every business structure is different and these are challenging times.

Beware of the Triffids
I bought this second hand in a thrift store. I am not sure of the value for purchasing one new, but it is a great product. I am growing full sized tomatoes in one side and have grown Bok choy and various lettuces in the other. The alerts reminding me to add water and food are very useful. The app doesn't want to work for raising and lowering the lights, but that could well be because of my network set up, the lights don't need adjusting too often so that isn't an issue.
We also have a Sprout and a Harvest 360 and they all have advantages and disadvantages over the other models, this one is probably my favourite, but the one potential concern is the size.

Can you use other pods that the pre seeded one sold by Aerogarden? If I want to try other seeds than what they sell is it doable?
The Aerogarden Farm 24 Plus White is designed for AeroGarden preseeded pods, or AeroGarden Grow Anything pods. The Grow Anything pods have our grow sponge but no seeds; simply add in your own seeds.

Mold problems?
Algae sometimes develop in any hydroponic garden. Although not inherently harmful to the plant, it is unsightly and can hinder root growth.
You may notice algae: Growing in the water bowl or around the edge of the holes in your AeroGarden grow deck. On the grow sponge when a seed is still germinating or just a seedling. It also accumulates around the edge of the plant tray on top. Once the plant is mature enough to block the light from the sponge, this issue will be resolved.
To clean and prevent algae in your AeroGarden, here are some suggestions we recommend. Wipe the green algae off of the grow deck as soon as you start to see it developing - the earlier you catch it and clean it the better. If you see algae in the water bowl, rinse the water bowl with clean water and wipe away any green algae you see. Refill the water bowl and repeat the rinse/refill cleanings weekly to keep algae away. Use a cotton swab to remove algae from the grow sponge. Make sure you have all of the holes in the grow deck covered, with a Seed Pod or Spacers or something else opaque to block the light.

My sister and her two cats visited for a couple of days after they left i noticed the wire connection to the left side bowl of my farm 24xl was chewed on. the wire connects to the bowl so i need a new bowl. how do i get one?
